Medical appointment – $60
Fee for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointment

Cognitive therapy appointment – $40
Fee for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointment

Talk Therapy – $40
Fee for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointment

Completion of forms by doctor* – $40
*At the provider’s discretion

When Do Cancellation Fees Apply?

1. Late Cancellation
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to begin, a late cancellation fee will apply.

2. No-Show
If you do not attend your appointment and do not notify us in advance, you will be charged a no-show fee.

Why Do We Charge These Fees?

Missed appointments and late cancellations affect our ability to provide timely care to others. These fees help cover the cost of the time reserved for you and support the continuity of care for all our patients.
