Attend group caregiver training sessions and dementia diagnosis information sessions to better understand dementia and what it may mean for your loved one. We also understand that every caregiving journey is unique, which is why we offer 1:1 coaching with specialized caregiver coaches.
Our support groups provide a safe and nurturing space for caregivers to connect, share experiences, and find comfort in knowing that others understand what they’re going through. We can also connect you with local in-person support groups. These group sessions foster a sense of community and belonging and can promote emotional well-being.
Everyone deserves to take a break. Respite care allows you to take a rest from caregiving, while a trained home care aide comes to your home to look after your loved one. Through Isaac Health’s GUIDE program, you can have up to 20 annual sessions for respite care.
Caregiving can feel like a full-time job, and we aim to be here for you every step of the way. Our 24/7 support line allows you to speak with a dementia-trained support specialist at any time.
When you and your loved one enroll in Isaac Health, you have the option of having a dementia-trained Care Navigator who will be your personal guide through the care journey. They will help you access the right support and assist you in scheduling appointments.
