Sergelyne is a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Isaac Health, where she provides compassionate, patient-centered care with a focus on thoughtful listening and evidence-based medication management. She brings experience across outpatient psychiatry, substance use treatment, and geriatric mental health. Sergelyne began her career as a registered nurse for over 15 years working in ICU and PACU settings, then she decided to further her education and earned her MSN from Purdue Global University in 2019 and becoming certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the AANP. She later expanded her expertise by completing a post-graduate degree in Psychiatric/Mental Health at Wilkes University in 2024. She is committed to supporting patients through collaborative, holistic mental health care.

Sergelyne is committed to truly understanding each patient as a whole person, not just a set of symptoms. She begins every therapeutic relationship with compassionate, attentive listening, creating a space where individuals feel safe, respected, and genuinely heard. This foundation allows her to tailor treatment plans that reflect each patient’s personal history, goals, and strengths. She also integrates evidence-based medication management with a holistic perspective, considering the emotional, social, behavioral, and environmental factors that influence mental health.
