From day one, Isaac Health was built to make world-class brain care accessible to everyone. We aim to help people understand memory and thinking concerns early, support family caregivers, and provide compassionate, evidence-based dementia care from home. As we continue to grow, we want our brand to reflect not just what we do, but how we do it.
A brand and logo that reflects the weight of our mission
Inspired by the structure of a neuron, our logo is grounded in connection and neuroscience. Its bistable form invites a secondary interpretation as a snowflake, underscoring a core belief of our work: no two brains—and no two patient or caregiver experiences—are alike. At the center sits a hexagon, a powerful natural shape representing stability and efficiency, with our values always connected to each patient. The enclosing shield symbolizes our commitment to protecting brain health and building resilience through care.
Our new brand and website is similarly rooted in three core values that guide our work every day:

Our care model is designed to support both patients and caregivers over time, helping families maintain independence at home and navigate the changes that come with dementia. Looking ahead
The rebrand reflects the next chapter of Isaac Health. Starting in 2026, we’re expanding the scope of our clinical services, partnering with national and local organizations to reach more families, and growing our clinical team to better support families across the country that rely on our care.
