Freeman employs a holistic, patient-centered approach. She provides a personalized treatment plan for each patient that focuses on each patient’s priorities and progress, looking for any reversible causes, patterns, and tests to diagnose as early as possible and provide clinically appropriate therapies and tailored interventions. Dementia is a complex disease that requires a comprehensive evaluation to identify factors contributing to cognitive decline, and she believes that traditional western medicine alongside a holistic approach including nutrition, exercise, stress management, and overall health are crucial for brain health.

Why I joined Isaac Health

I was listening to a podcast about dementia care where Isaac Health was mentioned and its unique approach to dementia care drew me in. I thought: finally a place that can provide access to good quality care! I chose dementia care because I became very interested in dementia prevention and subsequently the care of patients with dementia. It is a complex disease that doesn’t just affect the entire life of the patient but also that of family members as well.
