Why I joined Isaac Health
I was drawn to Isaac Health because it represents the kind of forward-thinking, patient-centered cognitive neurology services that our healthcare system urgently needs. The model combines a virtually accessible platform with a compassionate care team and clinicians who operate on the cutting-edge of medicine. Most of us at Isaac have close family or friends that are directly affected by cognitive issues, and that makes the team so much closer and cohesive. We’re all in it together.
Cognitive care, to me, is one of the most meaningful areas in medicine. I was drawn to neurology because neurological conditions change the way one perceives the world; to me, there is nothing else more fascinating. It feels like working on one of the last frontiers of medicine because there are so many unanswered questions and the landscape is bustling with research. I love to be there for patients and families to guide and navigate through challenging decisions and review options for the best evidence-based diagnostics and treatments. Working with Isaac Health enables me to deliver that care in a way that’s proactive, personalized, and truly transformative patients and their loved ones.
