Why I joined Isaac Health
I am a psychiatrist who believes that your story matters. Our life experiences shape how we see the world, and understanding those experiences is key to providing meaningful care. I listen carefully and empathetically in order to help you connect more fully to your emotions, understand your own patterns of healing, and explore how to approach life’s challenges differently.
For many years, I worked as a consult-liaison psychiatrist in a hospital in New York City. Many of the patients who I saw had dementia or other cognitive impairment and I saw the challenges of managing someone with dementia at home, as well as the difficulties with providing medical care to these patients in the hospital. Isaac Health’s approach to treating dementia care with telecare services is dedicated to treating patients with dementia in the comforts of their home.
