Thomas is credentialed to provide psychiatric services across the lifespan and has experience working in multiple outpatient clinics and inpatient hospitals.

Thomas’ specialties include Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, Panic Disorders and Schizophrenia, as well as other various diagnoses such as Substance abuse and Forensics. She has worked a total of 34 years as a registered nurse in a variety of specialties. Thomas enjoys working with clients that have mental illness or situational concerns and she believes that it is very important to establish a non-judgmental, honest and supportive relationship that is therapeutic for her clients. She understands that every individual is unique and has their own visions of what they want their life to become, and her goal is to assist her clients and support them on their quest to meet their goals and live a sustainable and fulfilling life.

I have had close family members affected by Dementia and Alzheimer’s, so working with this client population is a special interest for me.
