Your Next Step in Brain Health Care Starts Here.

Recognized for Quality, Innovation, and Trust
You may be hearing from Isaac Health because your NYU Langone Health care team identified that you could benefit from additional support for your cognitive health.
Isaac Health is a brain health clinic that partners with healthcare organizations like NYU Langone Health to expand access to virtual cognitive care, including evaluations, personalized care plans, and ongoing support for memory concerns, cognitive changes, and conditions like Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias.
Isaac Health is a separate clinic from NYU Langone Health. Your care team referred you to us because we specialize in evaluating and treating memory and cognitive concerns like yours.
Isaac Health is a specialized cognitive care clinic focused on helping people better understand and manage their brain health.
Our team includes neurologists, psychiatrists, and other cognitive care specialists who provide evaluations and personalized recommendations for people experiencing memory changes or concerns.
We'll talk with you about your memory or thinking concerns to understand what kind of support may help.
If further evaluation is right for you, youāll meet virtually with a board-certified specialist for a comprehensive assessment, which may include labs and imaging as appropriate.
Comprehensive evaluation, (refer to transcript)
If our brain health program is a good fit, your team will create a care plan that may include treatment options, therapies to support memory and thinking, and ongoing guidance.
You'll have access to 24/7 assistance as part of your care.

Meet clinicians who focus on cognitive health, memory concerns, Alzheimer's disease, and related dementias.

Receive expert cognitive care from home through secure telehealth appointments.

Your care journey includes guidance, recommendations, and continued support beyond your initial evaluation.
Isaac Health was brought in specifically to expand access to specialized cognitive care faster, without asking patients to choose between speed and expertise. Our clinicians work directly with NYU Langone Health‘s team, so you’re not leaving NYU’s care model, you’re getting an additional layer of it, sooner.
Your initial evaluation will be with a specialized cognitive care Nurse Practitioner trained in brain health and memory management under our shared clinical framework with NYU Langone Health. We want you to feel completely comfortable and supported, so depending on your care plan, preferences, and clinical needs, you may also meet other specialists on our team or request a provider change based on availability.
In some cases, your Isaac Health team may identify that further evaluation or treatment at NYU Langone Health (such as infusion therapy) is the right next step. If that happens, your care team will walk you through what to expect, coordinate directly with NYU, and keep you updated, review timelines can vary, so we’ll always give you the most current expectation for your case rather than a fixed number of days.
Disease-modifying therapies (often referred to as anti-amyloid or amyloid-targeting therapies) are a category of treatments designed to slow the progression of early Alzheimer’s disease by removing beta-amyloid plaque from the brain. These treatments are approved for individuals with early symptomatic Alzheimer’s, including mild cognitive impairment (MCI) or mild dementia due to Alzheimer’s disease who have confirmation of elevated beta-amyloid.
Not all anti-amyloid therapies are administered in the same way:
Your care team will help you understand whether these options are appropriate for your specific stage of care, walk you through the differences in delivery methods and eligibility, and guide you and your care partner through every step.
No. While some anti-amyloid therapies like donanemab (KisunlaĀ®) are administered through regular IV infusions, others like lecanemab (LeqembiĀ®) offer additional administration methods, including subcutaneous (under the skin) injection options like the Leqembi Iqlik autoinjector. Your care team will explain the specific administration requirements, eligibility criteria, and benefits of each option.
*Isaac Health is an independent cognitive care clinic partnering with NYU Langone Health to expand virtual care access. Referral or evaluation does not guarantee eligibility for specific treatments or anti-amyloid therapies. Insurance coverage and out-of-pocket costs vary by provider and individual benefit plan.*

Many people seek cognitive care early to better understand changes, answer questions, and create a plan for the future.
Virtual care allows you to connect with specialists from home. Our team can answer questions and help you understand what to expect before your appointment.
Only if your care team identifies a specific need ā for example, evaluation for a treatment only available at NYU Langone Health. Otherwise, Isaac Health provides comprehensive, ongoing cognitive care on its own.
Timelines can vary depending on the specific service. Your care team will give you the most up-to-date timeframe for your situation rather than a fixed estimate.
